Practicing Law with Empathy, Efficiency and Professionalism
Over 30 Years of Probate Experience
I am attorney Mark Rothman and have been practicing probate law for over 30 years. I thank you for visiting our website and considering us in helping you and your family manage the legal entanglements associated with the loss of your loved one. Over my 30-year career, I have administered hundreds of probate cases throughout the state of Florida. If you choose my firm, you can expect to be treated with empathy, efficiency and professionalism you should expect from your lawyer.
What separates me from other lawyers? Over my 30+ year legal career, I have experience practicing in the areas of probate, estate planning, business administration, contract, and real estate and title, serving as in-house counsel for the largest title company in the southeastern United States. Today, my primary focus is probate law. As estate planning, business, contract, and real estate and title issues often pop-up during probate administration, my past experience makes me uniquely qualified to handle all these issues, which allows me to provide the knowledge and attention you should expect. I use the latest software and technology for processing each of our cases, providing the efficiency expected by our clients. Additionally, while today's technology allows us to serve our clients remotely, we never expect you to drive to our office. We can manage your case without the inconvenience of travel. However, we defer that choice to you. By combining our experience, empathy, and efficiency, we believe we are the best choice in helping you and your family navigate through the probate process, relieving you of stress and confusion during a difficult time.
I provide free consultations, which typically last about 30 to 45 minutes. I can often provide a consultation without an appointment. If you call and I am available, I will happily take your call. My goal for each consultation is to detail the expectations for your case and provide you a general understanding of the probate process.
Among the most common inquiries I get from potential clients are “how long will this take” and “how much do you charge?” Though I would like to answer these questions simply, as each probate case is unique, these answers differ from case to case. However, my promise to you is that by the end of our consultation, these and all your other questions will be answered.
